VISA REGULATIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN WITH FOREIGN COUNTRIES
Countries with which the Republic of Uzbekistan established visa-free regulations or the regulations of exit from the visa regulations.
Visa-free regulations for two-way trips of citizens are effective in relations with the following countries of CIS : Azerbaijan, Armenia, Byelorussia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine.
On the basis of respective intergovernmental agreements the bilateral visa-free regulations for individual categories of citizens of CIS were established:
With Tajikistan – for the citizens-owners of diplomatic and service passports with the term equal to up to 30 days, and also for the inhabitants of frontier areas with the term equal to up to 5 days.
With Kyrgyzstan – for the citizens-owners of diplomatic and service passports with the term equal to up to 30 days, and also for the inhabitants of frontier areas with the term equal to up to 5 days
With Turkmenistan – for the citizens-owners of diplomatic and service passports with the term equal to up to 30 days, and also for the inhabitants of frontier areas with the term equal to up to 3 days
Aside from that the bilateral visa-free regulations for the citizens-owners of diplomatic and service passports of some European countries such as Hungary (30 days), Slovakia and Romania (up to 90 days) were also established on the basis of respective intergovernmental agreements.
Visa Services
Most foreign travelers to Uzbekistan require a visa and relevant visa support documentation. Total visa costs sum up to 60-210 USD including the visa fees.
Currently citizen of: the United States, France, Italy, Belgium, United Kingdom, Japan, Germany, Austria, Spain and Switzerland
are subject to regulations where single-entry tourist visa visa can be issued without visa support.
For citizen of all other countries STANTOURS can provide you with an invitation / visa support letter for Uzbekistan (essential to obtain a visa) for a visit of up to one month for a fee of USD 35 per person. Double entry and longer stay are possible at USD 45. Airport arrival visa are possible upon request. Obtaining official government approval of the invitation letter usually takes 10-14 days.
All Visas are applicable at the Uzbek Consulate nearest to your residential address.
Visa support for visas to be issued at the airport in Tashkent are available upon request for groups of more than 10.
The fee for the Visa Support Letter is payable to us in advance by bank transfer. Credit cards are not acceptable. Actual visa fees are payable at the Uzbek Consulate. Uzbek visa fees largely depend on the period they are issued for.
